Term: MeshType
A MeshType is the common term for all type-level objects in InfoGrid. It is also an abstract super-interface of all type-level interfaces in InfoGrid.
It contrasts with MeshObject, which is the common term for all instance-level objects in InfoGrid.
A MeshType is identified by a unique MeshTypeIdentifier.
