A [wiki:Viewlet] is a self-contained software component that is able to view some types of MeshObject.

By defining which [wiki:Viewlet Viewlets] shall be used for which [wiki:MeshObject MeshObjects] in an !InfoGrid application, the developer assembles the user interface of an !InfoGrid application using the InfoGrid [wiki:Docs/ViewletFramework Viewlet Framework].
