Term: StagingMeshBase

A StagingMeshBase is a MeshBase that is used to stage information read in by a Probe before further processing by the InfoGrid Probe Framework.

Application programmers usually do not (knowingly) interact with a StagingMeshBase and application code should not depend on whether or not a MeshBase is a StagingMeshBase.
