Manages zero or more [wiki:Probe Probes] as part of the InfoGrid [wiki:Docs/ProbeFramework Probe Framework].

Responsible for invoking the right [wiki:Probe] at the right time, rescheduling [wiki:Probe Probes] etc. !InfoGrid provides different implementations of ProbeManager for different purposes.
