In this deployment model, there is a single Node that has one main NetMeshBase (typically a sutype of LocalNetMeshBase), and that manages its own ShadowMeshBases.

To develop such an application, it is recommended to use NetMeshWorld as a template and modify it, instead of starting from scratch.
