Deployment Model: Federated InfoGrid application

In this deployment model, several NetMeshBases on several Nodes communicate via XPRISO to form a larger, federated, decentralized system.

Note: the InfoGrid code base does not currently contain code that enables XPRISO-based communication over the network. It is a "mere" programming job to add it. (Volunteers?)
